3DL has run on a detailed, disciplined process for the full ten years we’ve been in business, with AI and automation part of that process for the last five-plus years. The systems don’t run the show. Every entry still has a qualified Customs Broker as the human in the loop, with automation stopping at the six-digit HS classification before a broker takes over.
