Our history

Founded in 2015, 3DL Customs & Consulting was established with the vision of providing a non-freight forwarding, Australian-managed customs brokerage service. Our goal was to fill a gap in the market by offering freight forwarders a reliable, quality-focused wholesale partner dedicated to supporting—not competing with—their business.

Being an independent customs broker means that we can provide freight forwarders with full-service customs consulting and clearance, or step in as needed with a locum service.

As a family-owned and operated company, 3DL is built on deep industry expertise and a commitment to protecting Australia’s borders. Over the years, we have grown steadily and now employ a large, dedicated team of over 20 professionals, each committed to delivering the highest standards of service and compliance.
